Spray test method |
The spray gun used shall be equipped with a nozzle 1.3 mm in diameter allowing a liquid flow rate of 0.24 ± 0.02 liter / minute at an operating pressure of 6.0 bars ~ 6.5 bars. The jet shall be sprayed the mud & water almost perpendicular to the surface to be tested at a distance of 380 mm ± 10mm from the samples and the area impacted on the surface shall be 170 ± 50 mm |

Sands for test ( *PS:supplied by custome r)- silica sands at a hardness of 7 in Mohs scale, a grain size in between 0 and 0.2mm in normal distribution and an angular coefficient ranging from 1.8 to 2.0.
The hardness shall not exceed 205 g / m3 when 25 g of sand contained in a liter of mixture. |

Water reservoir-Made of stainless steel plate, able to receive a water volume about 100 liters at a proportioning rate of 25 g / liter of mud and sand, accessorized with mixing device ( to be
operated before spraying ) and recovery device of mud & sand ( to be operated after spraying). |
Water pump for cleaning-made of stainless steel, can be applied to clean the spraying gun and test trough individually in two water circuits after the completion of spraying test. |
3 - dimensional conveying rails for spray gun-made of stainless steel, can be run along X, Y, Z axes respectively. |
