Features |
This tester is 3-in-1 tester. It is available to test the durability of office desks. The test contains center loading, corner loading, side loading and stability test. |
1. |
Center loading: Place the desk on a horizontal level. Put a 300 x 300 mm block in the center of the desk top board; apply a load of 200kgs for 24 hours. After that, measure the deformation of the desktop surface along the cross-corner line. And also check if there is any crack or damage, specially the welded parts or joints of the desk. |
2. |
Corner loading: Place the desk on a horizontal level. Put a 200 x 200 mm block in the center and apply a load of 75kgs for 30 minutes. The desk feet can not leave the ground during the test. Measure the deformation of that corner. Repeat the other three corners with the same method. |
3. |
Side loading: Place the desk on a horizontal level. Fasten all feet in order to prevent from slipping. Apply a horizontal force 45kgs against the side of the desktop board for 5 seconds. Apply 10 times for each side. Measure the deformation of the side ends. And also check if there is any crack or damage, specially the welded parts or joints of the desk. |
4. |
Stability test: Place the desk on a horizontal level. Put a 100 x 100 mm block in the center and apply a load of 45kgs for 3 minutes. Measure the degree of declining and reverse. Repeat the other three corners with the same method. |
